Perennial
Disease Resistance Trial (PREP)
Garden
Herbaceous perennials are often stated to be disease resistant,
especially in the areas where they have been hybridized, selected
and introduced. However, being disease resistant in one area
of the country doesn’t necessarily mean it will have
that same degree of disease resistance in other areas of the
country.
The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the degree of
disease resistance or susceptibility among 57
perennial cultivars.
